This titrettor is a reusable tool for So2 testing. You will need this to use titrets properly.
The proper amount of SO2 is important the the quality of your finished wines. When SO2 is at the proper levels, your wine will age and store well, and will not oxidize prematurely. Too little sulfur will produce an undesirable effect; too much will be tasted in the finished wine.
NOTE: You will need a titrets to use properly. Titret kits are for white wines only. SO2 testing with the Titret Kits may produce unreliable results if the wines contain Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) or excess tannins. Users should test SO2 before adding either of these additives.
