Anchovy hops are a new experimental hop from Segal Ranches in lower Yakima Valley. Originally called 24B-05, it was later given the controversial name Anchovy by Matt Storm and Brian Strumke from Fast Fashion Brewing in Seattle. This very limited hop has notes of watermelon, raspberry, and pine.
