A blend of sugar, juice concentrate, citric acid, natural flavor and artificial color designed to make a fermentable base for blue raspberry wine blend at 18.9oB. Yeast nutrient (diammonium phosphate) is added to facilitate fermentation. The product is blended and pasteurized.
