West Coast Ale II is thought to be from the freedom-loving beer of the dry-hop-resurrecting progenitor of American craft beer. This consistent, well-flocculating, well-attenuating, easy-clearing strain is slightly fruitier than West Coast Ale I (OYL-004). It is neutral at low temperatures and develops more character at the high temperatures, so brewers can scale from tart citrus to light nut and fruity hop notes throughout the range.
