Quick Starter and Fermenter. Can complete fermentation in 3 days above 17°C (63°F). Estery aroma, the fruitiness of which is generally attributed to a Full-bodied English Ale. This strain has moderate attenuation and low flocculation, which (as always) can be improved through cooling your beer post-fermentation.

Danstar Windsor ale yeast originates in England. This yeast produces a beer which is estery to both palate and nose with a slight fresh yeasty flavor, usually a full-bodied, fruity English ale. Depending on the substrate, Windsor demonstrates moderate attenuation which will leave a relatively high gravity.
