Avangard Vienna malts are made from the finest two row spring barley grown in the most prominent regions, such as Germany, France, Denmark, and England. Vienna malt can be used up to 100% for slightly darker beers or it can be used for slight color corrections without adding too much malty aroma in the 10-20% range. Vienna malt is normally used for pale styles with rich body such as Helles or Bohemian styles.
