Paradisi is a rare and relatively new hop from New Zealand, featuring those bold tropical flavors that NZ hops are known for. A warm and dry growing season for the Nelson Lakes area with below average rainfall. The harvest period had typical rainfall with typical night time temperatures. On average, the harvest was later than normal across varietals, with some blocks notably late in achieving aroma targets. The 2025 season was excellent for tropical fruit complexity and other sweet fruit characters across most of our varietals. Aromas at harvest were highly expressive and complex. Grown with love, full of terps and thiols.
