WE ARE OPEN FOR ONLINE SHOPPING AND CURBSIDE PICKUP ONLY
WE ARE CLOSED FOR PUBLIC RETAIL SHOPPING.
During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are continuing to fulfill all online orders as usual.
To keep us safe, we are operating with reduced staff during reduced hours, so we may occasionally experience delays.
We are NOT currently experiencing any delays. Most orders are still being shipped within 24 hours.

CURBSIDE PICKUP
In-store pickup orders are now curbside pickup orders. Customers will be not allowed to come into the shop to pick up orders. Orders will be brought to you in your vehicle.

$5 MICHIGAN SHIPPING
During this time, we are offering $5 shipping for Michigan residents on all orders up to 25 pounds.
Rules and exceptions are the same as our traditional $8 flat rate shipping policy.
$8 flat rate shipping is still available for the rest of the US.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Due to a surge in demand and considerable disruptions in the supply chain, inventory is low and being replenished more slowly than usual.
We do ask that you allow extra time for order fulfillment, and please call us if you have any questions regarding availability.
For commercial brewery and wholesale orders, please order early.


ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Orders shipped via USPS can be shipped on Saturdays. UPS and FedEx shipments will not ship on Saturdays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Sundays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DROP SHIPPING / SHIP FROM MANUFACTURER
Some of our products ship direct from the manufacturer to your doorstep. These items may require additional time for order processing.
Some of these products include: SS BrewTech, Anvil Brewing Equipment, Blichmann Engineering, Speidel Fermentors, BrewBuilt, Torpedo Kegs and others.
There products will have a note in the product description specifying whether or not they may be drop shipped.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Customers in Michigan have the option to select free in-store pickup.
Pickup orders placed by 1:00 PM will typically be ready for pickup that same day. You will receive an email or phone call when your order is ready.
Pickup orders that contain drop shipped items will not be ready for same day pickup. We will contact you with an estimated pickup date for those items.

$8.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We offer $8.00 shipping on orders up to 25 pound for most products.
Products not eligible for flat rate shipping include, but are not limited to: glass carboys, starter equipment kits, kettles over 10 gallons, glass beer bottles, glass wine bottles, 5 gallon kegs, and other items that require excessive packaging and have large dimensional weight.
Transit time for flat rate orders can range from 2 to 8 days.
Flat rate orders can ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES / SERVICES
We offer ground shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You can select your carrier of choice during checkout.
Real time shipping estimates are available in your cart.
Shipping costs and transit times will be displayed during checkout.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to appear.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING RATES / SERVICES
We offer expedited shipping and next day air services through USPS and UPS. You can select your carrier of choice during checkout.
Real time shipping estimates are available in your cart.
Shipping costs and transit times will be displayed during checkout.
Next day air orders placed before 5:00 PM will ship that same day.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to appear.

LOST / DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Hop Craft Supply Co. is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to provide a replacement order as quickly as possible.
In the event of a lost package, please contact the shipping carrier. Many times, the package is left with a neighbor or there is an error with the tracking info.
If the carrier is unable to locate the package, please contact us as soon as possible to get a replacement out you.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact as soon as possible to get a replacement package out to you.
