Pro Series Hard Pear Cider Base 64 Ounce


A blend of pear & apple juice concentrates, HFCS, malic acid and natural flavors designed to make a fermentable base for a pear cider blend at 9.6 Brix.

The product is blended, pasteurized, filled into ½ gallon containers, 5 gallon pails or 52 gallon drums, and stored at ambient temperature.

One 64 oz jug makes 5 gallons of pear cider.
