A blend of ginger extract and other juice concentrates, HFCS, citric acid and natural flavors designed to make a fermentable base for a ginger beer (ginger ale) blend at 9.6 Brix.
The product is blended, pasteurized, filled into ½ gallon containers, 5 gallon pails or 52 gallon drums, and stored at ambient temperature.
One 64 oz jug makes 5 gallons of pear cider.
