Amber malts are whole dried malted barley, amber coloured in appearance. Amber malts are used in mild, porter and brown ale recipes. They have a toasted malt aroma and nutty taste. 

Has a light, biscuity dry flavor and can be used to product Bitter and Mild Ales and sweet Stouts as well as the traditional London Porters that have come back into favor recently.
